Terms and Conditions

Delivery of mail order items

In most cases, we charge £3.00 for postage and packing on all orders. In some rare cases, we may levy an additional delivery charge for a particular product (bulky/heavy). In these cases we will advise you of the extra charge at the point of sale.

In most cases delivery is by Royal Mail first class, which is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. We reserve the right to use alternative services for heavier/larger items which are only being charged at £2.50 postage, e.g. second class, standard parcels.

Orders received before 12 noon will normally be despatched that day. We will still try and despatch orders received after 12 noon same day, but if we can't manage this we will send your order on the following business day (subject to stock availability). Business days are Monday to Friday excluding recognised UK holidays.

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs*. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage fee.

- If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or if this is not possible, a replacement. General wear and tear is not covered by this provision, nor is incorrect or inappropriate fitting and use.

- In the event we have made a mistake and have posted an item which differs from that listed on your invoice, please let us know within 7 days, then return the item to us and we will get a replacement to you, and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs*.

If you need to return an item please remember to email or phone us first. We are easy to contact, will be happy to talk to you. Your call will come directly through to our workshop.

* Definition of "reasonable carriage costs". We are willing to reimburse you up to the value of Royal Mail 1st class postage for the size and weight of the return package. We will not pay for the full value for specialist postage (e.g. recorded or special delivery) or courier delivery.
